Shipping and Returns

Orders may currently take 5-14 business days to process, dependent on the volume of orders, age of the collection, and preorder status.

All sales are final.

Nine Zero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check that shipping information and addresses are correct before submitting orders. Nine Zero will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, it can be reshipped at the buyer's expense, or the order can be refunded less the shipping cost.

Orders are packaged and shipped in the order they are received.

Due to order volume, multiple orders are not combined automatically. If you have placed multiple orders that have not shipped and wish for them to be combined, please email with your order numbers.

Any items purchased with preorder items will not ship until preorder shipping begins. If you wish to receive in stock items before preorder shipping begins, please order them separately.

Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel an unshipped order, please email

If you believe you have received a defective item, Nine Zero must be notified within 14 days of receipt and the item in question must be returned in order to receive a replacement. Nine Zero Lacquer will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the price of postage as well as the price of shipping supplies. Postage is calculated by weight and destination, therefore shipping costs are as follows:

United States: $3.50 for the first bottle and $.75 for each additional bottle.

Canada: $9.50 for the first bottle and $1.15 for each additional bottle.

International Shipping

Nine Zero currently ships to the US and Canada only.

Domestic (US and Canada) Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Domestic orders will receive a tracking number when the order has shipped. If your order was placed more than 14 business days ago and you have not received a tracking number, please email to resolve the issue.

Domestic orders that arrive damaged are eligible for a refund or replacement. If you have received a damaged product, please email with a picture of the damaged item(s). Emails with pictures MUST be received within 48 hours of delivery to receive a refund or replacement. Please note that due to the availability of supplies and limited quantities of limited edition products, not all damaged items can be replaced. In the event that a replacement is unavailable, you will have the option of a full refund or another equal value item of your choice.
