Turn Around Time

Our current turn around time is between 5 and 14 business days. Business days do not include U.S. postal holidays or weekends. This is the time between placing your order and your order being shipped. Please know that Nine Zero is a one-woman show, and the processing time reflects that.


Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payments can be made through Paypal.


All Nine Zero Lacquers are 5-free, meaning no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor.

Settling during shipping is normal. Shake or roll your bottle before use to re-incorporate the ingredients.

Some separation is normal in a polish that has sat still for a while. Shake or roll your bottle to reincorporate the ingredients. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance may be present from batch to batch. It's also good to note that variations in the coloring and settings of monitors and mobile screens may show a polish color differently than it appears in person.

Preorder Items

Please note that any items ordered in conjunction with preorder items will not ship until preorder shipping begins. If you wish to receive in stock items before preorder shipping begins, please order them separately.

Damaged, Incorrect, and Sold Out Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email with a picture of the item(s) in question within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.

While we try to keep an accurate inventory, in the event of an oversell or out of stock item, we will contact you within 3 business days to resolve the issue. If we do not hear back within 3 business days from the date of the email, the cost of the unavailable item(s) and applicable shipping will be refunded and the remainder of the order (if any) will be shipped.
